11)  Cameras are present in most homes now where nannies, housekeepers and other workers are employed. Play rooms, elevators, children's bedrooms and hallways etc. have cameras! Cameras are never kept in private rooms such as bathrooms or your bedroom. CHILDCARE PROVIDERS: Neighbors often tell parents if they see childcare providers on the phone or not focusing on kids. We understand that you will occasionally make a short phone call or send a quick text! We do ask that you agree to limited phone use while you are caring for kids unless your employer requests frequent phone use. Do you agree to pay close attention to safety AND to engage kids while you work? Do you agree NOT to use your phone much while you are caring for kids unless your employer asks you to use your phone frequently?
12)  We never charge you a fee to find a job! We are HAPPY to pay you a referral bonus if you send our agency a worker who is hired by a family at the agency. We will also pay you if you refer a new family to our agency who hires a worker through our agency. We work hard 6 to 7 days a week to try to help workers and families! 27) Below is an overtime pay example. Overtime is generally paid at a rate of "time and a half" / 1.5 X the hourly rate after the first 40 hours for most live-out domestic workers. Overtime rates for live-in domestic workers vary by state etc. EXAMPLE: A family pays you $1,320 per week for you to work 50 hours per week as a live-out nanny. Your first 40 hours are paid at a rate of $24 per hour. The last 10 hours are paid at an overtime rate of $36 per hour (1.5 X $24 = $36) You are paid $960 for the first 40 hours of work + $360 for the last 10 hours of work = $1,320 per week for you to work 50 hours per week. Do you understand how overtime is calculated?

APPROPRIATE CLOTHING & HYGIENE: Neat clothing and hygiene at work are important! Dress neatly at work! There is no exact dress code, however employers who hire through our agency require that their employees do not wear see-through clothes etc. They ask that you do not wear tops that show cleavage, underwear or your stomach. Apply and re-apply deodorant when possible for work. Wash your hands with soap when you arrive each day!
